The Ultimate Wellness Group is an empowering group tailored to those who have the desire to take control of their health. Health isn’t something that we can dream or hope for but something we must educate ourselves and work diligently towards. The long and short term goals of this group is to be a resource for those looking to use nutrition as the foundation of their health mission. If avoiding medications, invasive procedures and dangerous modalities is your view, we are definitely here to serve you. In addition, this is a group that will give future health care practitioners an opportunity to experience Imhotep’s mantra: “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food!”

Testimony Tuesday

Revelation 12:11 - It's Time to Testify!

We are inviting you to join our new "Testimony Tuesday". To participate, simply record and upload a short video (1-3 minutes) explaining the benefits you receive from following “How To Eat To Live”, the knowledge you may have gained from watching Dr. Akili‘s show and any other testimony you would like to share.
The video can include your business/profession, background, social media and contact details. Each video will be a part of a “live” playlist that will play on Tuesday. The goal is to share collective testimonies highlighting the benefits received from following the life giving teaching of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad thru the voice of The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.
